These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at doctorleadflow.com and its subdomains (the "Site") and any services, programs, courses, or communications offered by Doctor Lead Flow LLC ("Doctor Lead Flow," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, submitting a form, booking a call, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or our services. By using them, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate.
2. Our Services
Doctor Lead Flow provides marketing, advertising, automation, education, and related services intended to help businesses attract and book more clients or patients. Specific deliverables, fees, and terms for paid engagements are set out in a separate written agreement, order form, or invoice, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
3. Automated (AI) Chat & Voice Interactions
Some of our communications are powered by artificial-intelligence chatbots and AI voice agents rather than a live person. As described in our Privacy Policy, your calls, texts, and chats may be recorded, transcribed, stored, and processed by us and our third-party AI providers. By communicating with us through these channels, you consent to such recording and processing. AI systems can make mistakes; automated responses are provided for convenience, are not a substitute for professional advice, and should be independently verified where important to you.
4. No Guarantees; Results & Earnings Disclaimer
Any results, revenue figures, lead counts, case studies, testimonials, or examples shown on the Site or in our marketing are illustrative and not a guarantee of the results you will achieve. They reflect the experiences of specific clients or students and are not typical. Individual outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — including your market, offer, pricing, budget, effort, execution, staff, and economic conditions. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, patients, sales, revenue, or income, or any particular return on investment. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions and results.
5. No Professional, Medical, or Legal Advice
Our content and services are for general business and marketing purposes only and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Nothing on the Site creates a doctor-patient, attorney-client, or other professional relationship. You are responsible for ensuring that your own advertising, communications, patient interactions, and data practices comply with all laws applicable to your business, including healthcare, privacy, and advertising regulations.
6. Testimonials
Testimonials on the Site are real statements from clients or students and reflect their individual experiences. They are not a promise that you will obtain the same or similar results, and some may have been shortened for clarity. See Section 4.
7. Communications Consent
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us and our automated systems by email, SMS, phone, and messaging apps, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of marketing at any time (reply STOP to texts, or contact us). Standard message and data rates may apply.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, methodologies (such as the "Predictable Patient Pipeline"), templates, and software — are owned by or licensed to Doctor Lead Flow and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our materials without our prior written permission.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site or our services to violate any law, infringe others' rights, transmit harmful or unlawful content, interfere with the Site's operation, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data.
10. Third-Party Services & Links
The Site may integrate or link to third-party services (such as scheduling, chat, video, analytics, and social platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content or automated response is accurate or complete.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doctor Lead Flow and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or free content will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100); liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by the separate agreement for that engagement.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doctor Lead Flow and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
14. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution; Arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or our services will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and not in court, except that either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court. You and Doctor Lead Flow waive any right to a jury trial and agree that claims may be brought only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action. If any part of this Section is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue to apply, and any claim not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate written service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Doctor Lead Flow regarding the Site.
